Colombian Government or Military Fleet?

This fleet of three visible Piper Pawnee 235 are marked with the Colombian flag. I think they may have a governmental or military connection. Perhaps they're crop dusters for coca plants? Hmmm.
Image was taken by Ralph Foster while on an archaeological expedition in 1965. The word on the side of the aircraft reads Cadasa (?) but I can't find any matches for it. Foster had no need to hire any small aircraft as he flew down to South America in his own Lockheed Lodestar.

Very Good Condition. May Need Dusting.
